Meet the Staff!

Pastor Scott Ard and his wife, Jenny, joined our ministry in December of 2023. He is a South Carolina native bringing fourteen years of pastoral experience to our church. Pastor Scott also serves as the Spiritual Care Coordinator for McLeod Hospice, is on multiple SCFWB boards, as well as the Friends of India Mission Board. His passion for the Lord is evident from the moment you meet him.

From Joelton, Tennessee, Associate Pastor JD Newland and his family joined our church in June of 2023. He instantly became an integral part of our ministry here as he oversees our children and youth programs, serves on the worship team, and sings in the choir. Pastor Newland truly has a heart for kids and their relationship with the Lord.

A life-long Peace member, Lane Ward leads our music ministry.  Whenever you walk through the doors, you’ll be likely to hear him warming up the band, leading the congregation, or directing the choir.  His love for the Lord and his vocal talent are truly a blessing to our church.

Serving as the church secretary and on the worship team, Mrs. Donna Floyd is an indispensable member of the staff here at Peace.  Keeping the books is an important part of keeping the ministry here at Peace alive, and Mrs. Donna does an excellent job of making things run smoothly.
